About Sarah and David
I’ve always found it hard to answer the question ‘what do you do?’ If pushed I would probably describe myself as a freelance writer, broadcaster and relationships coach. To contact me click this link…
Way back when I started my career as a TV news reporter for the BBC. I was with them for seven years and worked on programmes such as Breakfast News and Working Lunch.
Then came the millennium and I changed direction. I spent the next seven years working in relationships education, helping to develop courses and resources for use with individuals, couples and families.
After this, I became self-employed in order to write my first book Authentic: Relationships from the inside out which was published in 2009 by Hodder and Stoughton.
More recently I worked as the Agony Aunt for The Daily Telegraph where I had a weekly column. Now I write and speak on authentic relationships whenever and wherever I get the opportunity.
I met my husband David on a counselling course and (as of 2011) have been married for seven years. We live in London and have one son, Jed.
